Mictlantecuhtli & Mictecacihuatl – Knitted Hoodie

Bold, colorful and completely knitted from top to bottom. This hoodie features Mictlantecuhtli and Mictecacihuatl, Lord and Lady of Mictlan, surrounded by imagery from the Mexica underworld. Mictlantecuhtli appears prominently on the front, with Mictecacihuatl (wife) featured across the back. Codex-inspired centipedes wrap around the sleeves, while containers filled with skulls and bones appear near the wrists.

This is a fully knitted sweater-style hoodie, not a printed sweatshirt. The design is created through the jacquard knitting process, giving the entire piece the soft feel of a knit sweater with the relaxed shape and comfort of a hoodie. Red and gold details continue across the sleeves and around the hood against the black knit base.
